Darlene,
    We have purchased the video in question and have found it to be of excellant
quality, well worth the price.  We have used it in a variety of ways and wonder how
we got along without it.  The video is divided into easily accessed parts and you
will find yourself using all or part of it constantly.  I couldn't recommend it to
you more highly.
