Most chemotherapy drugs are on the AAP true contraication list (see
Pediatrics Jan 1994). This is because they interfere with rapidly growing
cells. As baby's are all rapidly growing cells, they are at high risk from
these toxic drugs. The drug you mentioned is Tamoxifen which is different.
This is closer to hormones than antineoplastics. It is related to Clomid -
 used for fertility. No data on either Clomid or Tamoxifen but theoretically
if this is the only drug she is taking it MIGHt be OK and should be explored
further.
