Going off on a short tangent - is there any reason for this, or is it 
just the luck of the draw as far as available days/venues went?  Must be 
madly frustrating to any mothers who work part-time and *don't* have 
that particular day free.  Staggering the meetings on different days 
would effectively triple the numbers of part-time workers who'd be able 
to get there.
