I have a great example, but our Dietitian (brand new RD grad) knew better,
because she attended the WHO course, and used me as a bf mentor while
adjusting to her new position.

Her new supervisor thought it a GREAT idea to have a touchscreen
tv/computer put into her office. It provided information about
anatomy/physiology, nutrients, etc. The set up cost was large, plus it was
around $50 a month (year?) to have it, to keep it updated. It caused much
work for our IT guys to install new wiring, etc.

The RD turned it on only for specific times when it would help her clients?
Why? Because inbetween the repeating health information, was advertising.
For formula (nonhuman milk I'm now calling it - loved that presenation from
GOLD lol).

I asked her how she liked it said she didn't. She turned it on, and
probably within 30-45 seconds, the first nonhuman milk add popped up. No
breastfeeding information was ever shown, as far as I can remember. She
told me in good conscience she couldn't keep it turned on (yay for her!).

Had she NOT had the WHO course, who knows what could have happened? Others
in that department had them installed, too. Did they continually run them
and think about how "health promotions" was promoting junk nonhuman milk?
