Yes, there have been reported reactions to the artificial DHA/ARA in the new formulas. Most commonly it's in very loose stools.
Per Marsha Walker, there is a place on the FDA web site where problems can be reported, and they want to hear about them. Nothing will happen without reports of actual documented reactions.
If your hospital is like mine, they will just change brands of formula and "problem solved". They won't "make a big deal" of it by reporting to the FDA.
