Dear all, 
We are planning on starting an Infant and Young Child Nutrition project that
targets mothers and health workers in rural areas.
Does anyone have a simple questionnaire that assesses knowledge of mothers
and health workers in what relates to the basics of Infant and Young Child
feeding that they would be willing to share?
We have devised our own two questionnaires but would like to take a look at
what others usually use.
