I am starting from scratch, setting up a postpartum mommie/baby follow-up
service for my newly reopened hospital-based OB Dept. (Whew)  Could anyone
share information with me?  I have contacted some larger programs, and
they require a fee to see their set-up and their paperwork and forms.  I
would like to get going asap, and could really benefit from other's
advice, ideas and information.

We will be offering this service free of charge for those who deliver with
us, and I would like to start out doing things well for these families'
benefit.  I don't like to reinvent the wheel!
