Can anyone recommend a good book on herbs and breastfeeding? I am
     reluctant to use a resource without a reliable recommendation.

     One of my clients who has a panic and anxiety disorder was taking
     "Kava" with good results before her pregnancy.  Now she is
     breastfeeding beautifully, but wants to resume taking the Kava.  Her
     MD advised her to stop BF.  I consulted with a homeopathy (sp?)
     practitioner who could not give me any advice due to the lack of
     information on this topic.
