Just wanted to congratulate the contributing authors who shared their stories 
in the new book called New Lives.  6 months or so ago, there was a call for 
nurses to share stories about working with babies.  The criteria was very 
specific, and I was pleased to have had my short story added to the 
compilation.  Kathleen Huggings, RN, MS the author of The Nursing Mothers 
Companion is the editor.  Please keep posting about upcoming opportunities to 
share our knowlegde, dedication, and desire to care for the very smallest and 
the unique opportunity to do so.  Some stories are funny some are touching 
and some are heartbreaking, thus is the lives of many of us helping new moms 
and "new lives".
