Hello to everyone!

My name is Deirdre Martinez, and I am certified by ICEA as a childbirth
educator, as well as certified as a labor coach and educator by Full Circle
Childbirth & Midwifery Associates.  I am a student of midwifery and am
located in Marin County, California.  Most importantly, I am the mother of
three beautiful children under the age of 6.  I teach as an independent
contractor in several local hospitals.  I have couples return to the last
class of a series to bring their babes and their stories.  I frequently hear,
"the labor was fine, but I had problems breastfeeding".  I am very interested
in helping my clients.  I am seeing a trend especially in the last year or so
of more and more women interested in breastfeeding their babes.

I have been enjoying LACNTET very much and look forward to meeting many new
people. :)
