Hmmm ... if the study is using onset of lactation as an outcome measure, I
would be suspicious about whether the researchers know anything about
lactation.  Lactation typically begins in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of
pregnancy (and not days after birth as described here) ... onset of copious
milk production (L2) is suppressed until the placenta is delivered ...
Scratching my head on this one ... not sure the researchers knew what they
were looking at.
