Hale says use with caution. However oral bioavailability is poor. The
molecular wt is <200 (it is 197). Hale says less than 200 does cross into
milk more easily. I would look for side effects: GI distress, discomfort,
diarrhea.  Briggs says data on excretion into breast milk not avail.  one
report of abdm pain and diarrhea in one baby.  Another author cautioned
against "regular" therapy with this drug in nsg. mom.  Hopefully one of drs
