Dani - you didn't say where the ringworm infection was. Penelope Ody, the
famous English herbalist, recommends aloe vera (a cactus). But long
before I knew of Penelope or even that there was such a thing as herbal
medicine, I had 3 young kids who just loved bringing home, or at least
making nice to, stray cats and dogs. They must have had ten cases of
ringworm among
them over the years. At first, I took the affected animal lover to our
doctor who gave something-or-other to smear. Took ages to work. Then
heard that I should walk a few meters from my front door and pick a
branch off one of the many aloe cacti growing there. I snapped off a
branch, took off the thorns, washed it and squeezed out the juice (sap?)
