It may be appropriate to point out about now, that boycotting a company
or product, when possible, is only one strand in an overall strategy.

Whilst we slowly start to boil down in the "Medela" reduction going
on... it may be worth pointing out that LEGISLATION is the most obvious
and effective solution.

The countries that have their own legislation, that upholds Code in
their own laws, and determines punishments for companies breaking it:
are the countries without formula adverts on their tvs and their billboards!

A system of Government monitoring of commercial marketing, holding up
the Code, and prosecuting where and when the Code is broken... appears
to be utterly absent from this debate. :-) I'd argue putting
political pressure on to introduce appropriate controls is the way to
go. And certainly something that does not threaten any individual's
wage. (Or shouldn't do.)

It's not a weight on all 'our' shoulders, it's a weight on EVERYONE'S
shoulders. And that weight should be transferred to everyone. :-)

Every country who signed Code, should have appropriate penalties for
breaking it, in their own country. Honest! This is a ballot box
issue. :-)
