I hope someone out there has the answer I need ASAP! It's 1830 in Canada
and I suddently after one year fairly trouble free nursing have a tender
lump that I think is just a blocked duct. I am doing the usual stuff hot
compresses and nursing on that side with the babes chin pointed at the
lump. Once I pick up my first child at at party I'll try the shower.

I am trying to find out about the use of ultrasound in this situation. I
can't find some notes I made at a conference about this. (Dr. Newman has
used it sucessfully but I don't have an email address for him and its late
to be calling at an office.)

Has anyone any information or ever used ultrasound?
