Sorry Pamela, not convinced.  Naloxone has a very short duration of
action.  Indeed, babies who are truly depressed from narcotics often
need repeat doses after only a few minutes.  I would say, though I have
no definite information before me that the effect of naloxone would have
worn off many many hours before a couple of days later.
