Read your post from the 14th regarding OC's and strange stools/gassy baby.
OC's can cause these symptoms. On further investigation you may find that
the mother's milk supply is down, perhaps dramatically. Combination pills
have this reaction more often than the mini-pill. Mini-pill should be
effective for mother when she is breastfeeding, but she should be cautioned
to switch as soon as she weans the baby. With this type of reaction she
would be wise to go off OC's for at least a month (using an alternate form
of birth control of course). Then once her symptoms are resolved completely
she can reconsider.>
