Is it true that there are quotas to be made, and that a certain number of
clients should be signed up for WIC. It seems that certain WIC employees try
very hard to get a mom signed up, figuring ways to meet the income criteria
and the nutritional risk criteria, trying to meet a quota. At least that is
what I heard, is that true?
I know that WIC is meant to do good, but it is overwhelmingly known for
"free formula." I would rather see the tax money spent on this program
diverted to other Maternal Child programs.
