Susan has informed us of expired formula being given to mothers delivering in a New York hospital. This should be reported to the hospital's infection control department as well as the chief of pediatrics and the vice president of maternal child nursing. It should also be reported to the state and city public health department. You might consider writing this letter yourself as well as asking the parents who received this outdated product to write a letter of complaint to the same people.
