I agree with Heather.  It is not the "product" that is the problem, it will 
live or die depending on it's true usefulness.  It is the blatant agressive 
advertising that is the problem, in violation of the WHO Code.

But I do think we need to get our civil tongue back in line.  This can be 
reported to proper authorities in various countries about unethical or 
misleading claims for the product.  I've noticed that here in the US Activia 
has totally changed their adverts due to complaints to the "powers that be" 
about their extravagant claims.  That is the correct way to express our 
displeasure over their advertising.  Pat in SNJ
