interesting. My SIL was told not to Bf, and with one baby was even told to
wean so she could "go back to" Paxil.  When I posted a question about it on
Lactnet, I didn't get a response so I assumed it was right.

The latest Hale does *not* say that bf is contraindicated.  Paxil, in
fact, at least for theoretical reasons should be fine for breastfeeding.
Once again, however, why choose a drug which may be a problem when there
is sertraline (Zoloft) which is not.  But Paxil is okay.
