there are IBCLC's on staff at the hospitals in Raleigh so I am surprised she didn't have those names and numbers when she left the hospital. She can contact WakeMed for a consult at  phone 919-350-5830 or page an LC at 919-350-1303. WakeMed has a Human Milk Bank and Lactation Center.There are also Nursing Mothers of Raleigh Counselors ( volunteers), several LLL groups, and 3-4 private practice LC's. Also the Health Dept has a IBCLC on staff with the Peer Counselor Program.
I couldn't email this because I can't send mail out today.
