Another question I've been wanting to ask for awhile. What does everyone think? Is there really a difference in effective milk removal between a hospital grade pump like a Symphony and a good double electric like a Hygeia or Medela pump in style, or is this just a marketing gimmick? What does everyone think? They both cycle between stimulation and expression cycles. I'm not finding much of a difference. The thing that really increases production in my mind is not using a hospital grade pump, but having mothers use hands on pumping and then hand expression after they pump.
