Joanne:
Contact Priscilla Bornmann. She presented at ILCA and wrote a paper on how assault & battery can be argued when a baby is fed formula without the parents' specific permission. She was not speaking of any known or actual cases. It was like a legal Brief written so non-lawyers could understand it.
She was / is legal advisor to either ILCA or IBLCE.
