I would certainly not presume to speak to the medical condition of this baby,
but I would think an SNS might be helpful here so she could "show" the HCPs
how much the babe is receiving.  Perhaps letting her milk separate and giving
the little guy the cream would help as well.  She certainly should get in
touch with her local LC.
What an incredible woman this mom is!
