My suggestion is to spend a few bucks and have an attorney write a letter to
this guy.
A letter from a lawyer will get his attention much more than a letter from
you and will let him know that you are serious.

You can accuse him of slander (an LC being buddies with a ABM rep), fraud (
You use this book all the time) and so on. Your attorney can know the details
of how to make it sound really serious better than I. You might consider
finding out who his manager is and sending him a copy of the letter too. I
know that Ross is very concerned about their corporate products and use. A
few years ago our community had a teddy bear festival and the nurses wanted
to get some pencils with the ross teddy bear to hand out. The rep said they
couldn't do that because they didn't want to be seen as advertising to
consumers. Now maybe she is an aberation in the ABM companies but this is
what happened here.

The ABM reps know that I am the big BM promotor here and so I usually grant
them the professional courtesy to let them give their 3 minute promo. I
think that we have a "agree to disagree" standing between us. It has allowed
me to even educate the formula reps since they hadn't heard about how BM can
decrease the risk of Breast Cancer. I'm sure that the company doesn't tell
their reps about that. They may try to add DHA to ABM lets try to see them
put cancer prevention in a can.

At any rate think seriously about having the lawyer send the letter, it will
definately get his attention.
P.S. You don't actually have to follow up the letter with an actual legal
action, just let your bark be worse than your bite.
