From the mouths of babes. My 8 year old daughter was watching the CBS
Evening News here is the US just now while the doctor in the program talked
about how breastmilk is deficient in vitamin D. My daughter ( hearing that
negative term "deficient" ) said, " that is crazy, breastmilk rocks! Just
ask me, I drank it for 4 years!"

 

 I plan to post our Vitamin D decision-making tree back on the website, (
available for download and print)
