Jay you asked about managing this couple with digestive enzymes.  I have no
experience with this but a similar situation was reported in JHL, Vol 18,
No1, Feb 2002. pp 50 -52.  The work is being trialled at the Davis Medical
Centre in Sacramento and was described by Barbra Schach IBCLC.
Their management involves an elimination diet for the mother and the
addition of Pancrease with each meal and snack.  It appears to be a work in
progress, but I'm sure a phone call to them would be very helpful to you.
