hi diane
well she might have some retained products. i recall when i had an early
miscarriage or 'blighted ovum' (don't know what that is exactly)i had a very
low hcg (maybe 4?) and the doc told me to keep taking pregnancy tests til
they were negative. i had several positive tests and finally became
negative, my understanding was indicating that everything had bled out and i
didn't need any further intervention. my understanding was hcg should be
zero unless there are 'products of conception' there. i could be wrong on
this. but it makes sense in light of her symptoms of no lactogenesis.
