Greetings:

We recently had a nutrition and food science student at Utah State University
ask a very good question: If a mother's breastmilk has a different
composition if she gives birth prematurely, does it differ for term infants
that may be small or large for gestational age? What about that infant that
is term, but is extremely compromised and is low birthweight? Any info out
there in the lactnet world?
