Have you had the opporunity to observe this client pump?
Is the client in need of smaller pump flange opening? Does so much of
areola go into pump that circulation is an issue?
I have found  Ameda Flexi-shields useful for this phenomenom. They have
very small opening, and give good breast stim which helps with
circulation.
