the milk is "tested, formulated, pasteurized and filled into little 10ml
oral syringes,"

Can you explain what is meant by formulated?
I worked at the WakeMed Milk Bank, and am not sure of what step this means?
Also, is it pasteurized in the 10 ml syringes?
