Hi all

I am currently researching the literature on the relationship between
SIDS/Cot death and breastfeeding. There seems to be lots of reports that
breastfeeding reduces the rate of SIDS, but I am wondering if there has
been any study or speculation as to why this is so.  James McKenna's
work on cosleeping mentions breastfeeding in part, but does anyone know
of any other useful research on the subject.
