Esther Grunis' post on the frightened woman she helped, is a good example of
how our work fits into a context beyond one nursing dyad's course of
breastfeeding.

Has anyone done any research into the causes of pathological optimism?
Could there be pheromones secreted by lactating women which affect those
around them?
A fellow 'sufferer' wonders.
