practice guidelines remain posted on the site though.  Curious.

Well, Google may save the day!  If you do a google search for this
article, it still comes up with the URL above (at least it did
yesterday).  Next to the result there is a link titled "Cached".
Click on that, and google will take you to a previously saved version
of the page.
