Medela recently bought and modified the Tanita scale, to be easier to use for pre and post feeding weights.  They call it the "Baby Weight Scale II".  You can weight in grams or pounds, and there are buttons for pre feeding wt., post feeding wt, and wt. gain.
I recently purchased it from Medela.  Be aware that it does not automatically come with the case--you have to buy that seperately.  I have used mine about 5 times.  It has worked well.  My one complaint, is that the instructions say that 5 double AA batteries should last about a year, and mine lasted about 2 weeks.  I'm thinking that since I didn't have a case--perhaps a button was inadvertently pushed and it was left on, thus draining the batteries.  

I used the other Baby Weight Scale for years.  This is very nice, easy to use.  It actually takes a little more room for the base that the first one, but the height is shorter, and it is lighter for carrying around.
