Kathy, thank you for posting this. I certainly would love to see that
study. It is so tragic that the "back to sleep" campaign has wreaked such
havoc on our babies--misshapen heads, poorly developed neck structures, no
crawling, torticolis, and probably GER, to name a few. There is a business
here that specializes in the helmets for infants, the purpose of which is
to re-shape their heads after they have been lying on their backs for
months. THey have ads in all of the baby/parent publications.

Paren't live in terror of their babies being on their stomachs, so much so
that they are resistant to skin-to-skin on mom's chest. As I have written
before, if only the Peds would get onto such a campaign to promote
breastfeeding.

On CNN, you say. That's pretty mainstream. Maybe it will make other popular
media.

Hopefully someone else has heard this news.
