Hi Jamelle
You are looking for the Sphere Handbook which you can find here
http://www.sphereproject.org/component/option,com_docman/task,cat_view/gid,7
0/Itemid,203
You will also find the Operational Guidance for Infant Feeding in
Emergencies at www.ennonline.net and plenty of information about how
damaging these donations can be.
Cheers
Nina

Subject: Formula Donations to Haiti

I need help, and I need to vent. A very nice woman on the 'Social Justice'
commitee at church is co-ordinating a food and clothing drive to send items
Haiti.
Among the items that she requested donations for are the following: powdered

milk, non-fat powdered milk, Similac with Iron.

I am planning on calling her in the morning. I would like to know if anyone
has
the WHO standards for what to donate in an emergency handy. Or anything
else. I will be going on-line to get information tonight, but I am somewhat

pressed for time with other commitments. I would rather not be up until 2
in
the morning putting something together for her. She really is a lovely
woman,
and has devoted a large part of her life to helping others. I just want her
to
be ACTUALLY HELPING!!!
TIA,
Jamelle Lyons, IBCLC
