Hi, Carmela,
     Congratulations on the birth of Teresa and on doing so much better with breastfeedng this time.
    As regards reverse pressure softening (RPS), this technique was, as you remmeber, developed by Jean Cotterman and shared so generously on Lactnet, even before she published articles on it in LLLI's Leaven and on some websites (including some in languages other than English).  One of these websites is Denise Fisher's www.health-e-learning.com . On the home page, click on the "Research Articles" bar at the top.  Jean's article on RPS is the last of these articles, and has some very clear diagrams that are very helpful.  I think the name of the technique is a very clear one - and not too wordy.
