Any clue as to why would you put nitro over a plugged milk duct?  The only
indications I know of for nitro is as a potent coronary vasodilator and
antianginal.  This isn't a benign drug.  A topical application could cause
serious side effects in the mother, such as tachycardia, syncope, collapse
or postural hypotension, not to mention a pounding headache.

Please enlighten and any other pharmacophobes on the list!
