I have this.  It is excellent.  HOWEVER - it is a long read and unfortunately confrontational MD's and RN's WILL NOT READ IT!  I hope part 2 is a concise, 1-page listing of inferiority of infant formula, even one bottle, and promote human milk banking (which should be a real effort).  With proper newer references attached, of course.

Jane has asked about exclusive breastmilk feeding which I think means you are asking about the Joint Commission's new Perinatal Core Measure Set which includes exclusive breastmilk feeding upon discharge from the hospital. The US Breastfeeding Committee has a 2 part toolkit for just this use. Part 1 is on the USBC website and Part 2 will be coming shortly.
