Jay, One of my clients was a "leaker" and she said she changed the dressing
more frequently than recommended. It didn't stop leaking so when she took
off the dressing it was rather soaked, as were her breast pads as usual.
But she still said it was "heavenly" to put that cool soothing substance
against those sore nipples. And she didn't mind having to buy more of them.

Her nipples are all healed now and she is happily nursing her little one.
She says that women who don't have 3 weeks of sore nipples don't appreciate
what they have. Her initial problem was "chomping baby." Then she had a
breast infection, followed by "you know what!"
