Hello.  My name is Mary Beth Collins. I am a RN,LC working part time in
a hospital with approximately 1600 deliveries a year.  I wish to say
thank you for all the great info, especially recently regarding premies
and bf.  Currently when I see inpatients I make a note in the infants
chart and have no formal charting for any outpatients that I see.  I
keep records of all these patients, but these consist of a small sheet
that I made up.  I would like to know what has worked and not worked
for  charting forms.  Naturally the hospital is concerned about costs
and if any forms could be copied.  I thank you in advance for any
suggestions.
