Hello.  I am a RN and IBCLC at a small hospital.  We are wanting to reformat 
the feeding record that we give our patients after they deliver.  Would anyone 
be willing to share the record that is used in your facility?  The ideas that I 
have presented are said to be too confusing.  I'm getting a little frustrated,

(By feeding record I mean a sheet of paper that is for mom's to write down 
when they feed their baby and when baby has wet/poopy diapers)
