We rent both Classics and Lactinas.  It's interesting -- if a mom tries them both out she almost always picks the Classic.  Many times the mom wants to make the determination via phone, they almost always choose the Lactina.  Maybe it's the way I present the two (but *MY* preference is the Classic).  I know in some cases it's because the Lactina is more portable.
