Yes.  I've noticed that some of my moms don't think of skipping feedings or using a pump as missing feedings.  So, when I am asked about LAM.  I make sure to tell them that pumping or skipping feedings even once a day is not feeding on cue and may cause menses and/or fertility to return. I have noticed and I think I may have even read somewhere, that mothers that miss feedings at the breast even if they pump for those feedings do not get the same effect.  I guess they think that feeding on cue is only needed when your with the baby. :-)
