New poster here so I hope that I am doing it right.

Had to respond because I have seen two cases like this. After ruling out
birth control and allergy meds, something made me ask about "parenting
styles". Both cases were related to the "babywise" way of doing things. One
case in particular was very much like yours, everything was fine until the
baby was four months old. Then with increased calorie needs, the ten minutes
only every 4 hours wasn't cutting it. The baby was very laid back and placid
so mom really didn't know that he wasn't getting enough. She truly felt the
this method was working well for her. We ended up having to really working
with the baby to extend feedings as well as pumping to increase her supply. I
also did a lot of teaching about basic anatomy and physiology-mom and baby.

It's funny but Ezzo is going over big around here lately. Must be the Bible
Belt thing kicking in. We tend to be a bit behind the trends anyway.
