Dear Denise,
I have used 1-3 days of rest for moms with deep sores and cracks, as well as
no pads (air drying) warm air dryer near nipples, pumping gently q. feed and
Bacitracin oint 3-4 times a day.  Our peds don't mind us suggesting this and
it has brought some good success.
