You can order badge holders with any message on it from any of the printing companies that make pens, tote bags,etc. Perhaps a MD group would order some as a donation for World Breastfeeding Week. Or a Breastfeeding Advisory Council may do this as a fundraiser.
Our Nursing Supervisor has smiley face stickers that fit perfectly over the round advertisement on "those" free badge holders from the ABM company. She carries the stickers in her pocket and will gladly slap one on any advertising badge holder that she sees with a cheery proclaimation that this is a much friendlier logo!! You can get stickers at any office supply company in different sizes and colors and print your own message on those with your computer and put over the advertisement.
One of the pump companies has badge holders they gave participants in a workshop they helped sponsor. Also ILCA had badge holders at one time for a small fee that read 'Breastfeeding Babies are Healthier".
