   Thanks for the very positive post.  It is so easy to think we are menial
(I don't really think we are...but there are days!) in our efforts to change
our culture over the formula companies.  This is a wonderful note about what
is real, what is right and hope that we will prevail.  As my collegue,
Julie, learned from her father who grew up on a farm,
"the cream always rises to the top".  We try to keep this cream illustration
in our focus when  formula reps, nurses who 'don't believe' in our ways and
doctors give out poor information make us feel overwhelmed with our job.  We
know we are doing the RIGHT thing to support and nurture our moms who want
to breastfeed.  We know that the RIGHT way will prevail, even if after we
finish our jobs.  Thank you for your note.
